-Saima Ahmed (Rayyan’s Mom)

My journey with Ms. Moly Suryawanshi began when my son, who is on the mild autism spectrum joined Ridge Valley School in nursery class, 5 years ago. Since then, she has been an integral part of our lives. Without her constant support and guidance, we would not have been able to achieve the milestones and goals we had set for our son. What makes her different from other Autism specialists is the fact that she is extremely passionate about her profession. The transparent approach that is being adopted at her centre ‘Thrive for Life’ makes it unique place for kids to develop and grow. Parents are always involved in all the activities and parent training is of utmost importance there. She personally gets involved with all the children and each child is equally important to her. She is very approachable and candid in her feedback. The clinic is absolutely child friendly, and it feels quaint and homey. The staff is very amiable, and they provide a warm and caring environment to our children. My son loves going to Moly’s sessions and he looks forward to meeting her. She is absolutely magical in her methodology towards kids and my kid has flourished under flagship. All the kids completely adore her, and she helps them develop and grow beyond measure. Moly celebrates every student’s smallest of success with fervour, and this helps them become confident, eager learners. Whether at school or at the clinic she is force to be reckoned with when it comes to her children and we are forever grateful to God for bringing her into our lives.

Madhumanti and Pritam (Pratap’s Parents) describing their experience with Ms. Moly Suryawanshi at Thrive for Life

Three years ago Pratap would speak in single words, that too with prodding. Now, in the months of lockdown, I have found it hard to stop his constant barrage of questions and chattering as I tried hard to work from home!! When we see him learn, talk about his classmates, or just play with his imagination running wild, we cannot believe how far we have come since that day three years ago.”

Thrive for Life has been a transforming experience for us as a family.

In Dec 22, we were struggling with behavior and learning issues with K. It was tough to get him to listen to us and follow instructions, control his teasing towards his sister and pet, and to get him to sit in one place for 5 minutes and work. We were struggling.

Today (after 4 months of work with TFL), K has friends, his sister and he can live together even with both parents away, he follows instructions, shows kindness and cooperation AND happily works for 40 – 60 mins on worksheets.

We feel incredibly blessed to have discovered Moly Ma’am.  She was able to identify the reason for the gaps we were seeing within the first few sessions and demonstrated the same to us.

Her and her team’s interventions, attitude and activities are child friendly, appropriate and effective. Where I was worried about how I would convince K to attend a single session a week – he looks forward to Moly ma’am and refuses to miss a class even when he is unwell.

Moly works in collaboration with the parents, which is extremely helpful and empowering. She shows us what and how she is working with the child. I can see what strategies I can employ at home. It gives me a strong sense of control and comfort in being able to manage K and my work now.

— Pooja (Arjun’s Mom)

My journey with Arjun took a totally different turn after I met Moly Ma'am.  THRIVE and its team of therapists has empowered me as a parent to do all that is needed to enter Arjun's neurodiverese world and bridge the gap between my world and his world. Slowly but steadily thanks to team THRIVE he is no longer a spectator but a participant in my world. Me and my family are very thankful to Moly Ma'am for helping and guiding us.
