Meet the Founder
Moly Suryawanshi
Meet Moly Suryawanshi, our Autism Interventionist and Certified Autism Specialist, who brings a unique approach to working with children with multiple disabilities, primarily Autism, Learning Disability, and ADHD.
As a parent of a young boy on the spectrum, Moly understands firsthand the challenges and joys of raising a neurodivergent child. Her personal experience, combined with her expertise as a compassionate mental health professional, makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
Moly believes every child is unique and has their own distinctive learning style. Her sensory-based behaviour intervention approach is designed to address each child's individual needs, promoting their overall development and well-being.
With a strong focus on mental well-being, Moly conducts therapy sessions individually and in groups to provide comprehensive support to our students. She also specializes in conducting extensive parent training workshops, empowering families to create a nurturing and effective home environment for their children.
Beyond her work at Thrive for Life, Moly has made significant contributions to the field of special needs education. She has conducted training sessions for educators at prestigious institutions like the Royal Academy of Bhutan and Amity School Dubai. She has also spearheaded workshops on "Understanding Inclusion" for schools affiliated with the GPSC (Gurgaon Progressive Schools Council).
In addition to her clinical work, Moly serves on the Community Advisory Board of Sangath India, an NGO focused on autism research and developing valuable Autism Tool Kits.
